NBC Sunday Night Football


NBC’s Sunday Night Football, has been primetime television’s No. 1 program for an unprecedented 10 consecutive years and Mr Wonderful are immensely proud to have played a part in the visual look for this year’s event. For the show open we created the key visual look and design toolkit for player and fan segments as well as the all-important Sunday Night Football logo.


We created visual elements influenced from the set design for Carrie Underwood’s performance in order to seamlessly integrate very diverse fan and player footage into the open of the show. We then built a toolkit so that footage could be updated each week.
For Carrie’s grand finale the camera pans up to a sky full of fireworks where we created the Sunday Night Football logo with a polished metallic and illuminated feel to reflect the overall look of the show open.
